Cleaning has always been a top priority for us at Locations Mountain Management, but with the COVID-19 pandemic it is now even more important. To prevent the spread of germs, it is not only necessary to clean but also to disinfect. That is why we implement a two phase cleaning protocol to do just that. The clean provides the basics while the disinfect is a secondary measure to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. Brock is a career tradesman who has managed vacation rental properties for 5 years. He is an avid mountain enthusiast and in his spare time you will find him with his daughter or biking down the side of a mountain.
Ian is a UBCO alumnus and licensed Property Manager through High Point Realty. He has a background in teaching but has been managing rental and vacation homes around Kelowna. He has experience doing renovations, general repairs, and installations, as well as coordinating rental and vacation stays.
Christopher has been a licensed real estate agent for over 15 years, he has managed properties for 17 years, and has been managing short term rentals for over 6 years. He is passionate about helping teach people how to leverage in real estate and using short term rentals for maximizing profits.
Brett is a UBC alumni with a degree in Business Management and a focus on marketing. He has over 12 years in hospitality, tourism, and rental/logistics experience. His previous roles have included managing people and systems in fast paced environments with a strong emphasis on accountability.
Brock is a career tradesman who has managed vacation rentals for 8 years. Being an avid mountain enthusiast, it’s fitting that he is the manager of our Big White operations. In his rare time off, you can find him biking down the side of a mountain or adventuring with his daughter.
