We know that dogs are as much a part of the family as the rest. That’s why Locations Mountain Management is always trying to make connections with Owners who welcome dogs with guests and want to bring the whole family to Big White. Accepting dogs can not only boost occupancy but it can also increase the nightly rate as this is a plus that many guests are looking for when booking. We will be sure to take all necessary precautions in order to protect your unit by collecting a larger security deposit, doing necessary hair removal, and also running our ozone generator to clean the air and remove any odours in a safe and effective manner. Further, we will also be ensuring all applicable bylaws pertaining to size, type and number of pets are complied with.
VIP Dog Experience
As added value for the pets, we also offer pet friendly welcome packages with dog bones, booties, extra separate towels for drying them off. Units can come stocked with have food and water bowls so your pet will feel just at home while staying with us.

Brock is career tradesman who has managed vacation rental properties for 5 years. He is an avid mountain enthusiast and in his off time you will find him with his daughter or biking down the side of a mountain.

Ian Byrka
Ian is a UBCO alumnus and licensed Property Manager through High Point Realty. He has a background in teaching but has been managing rental and vacation homes around Kelowna. He has experience doing renovations, general repairs, and installations, as well as coordinating rental and vacation stays.
