This Pet-Friendly property is tucked away in the private Snowpines neighbourhood of Forest Lane. Eagle’s Reach is a very well-equipped and cozy 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath with a private hot tub that sleeps 8 comfortably, making it perfect for families! (Though no parties allowed, please.)
Please note that this property does NOT have 8 beds and we are unsure why this is being displayed.
We have 2 additional properties on this street with a total sleeping capacity of 34 people within 150 feet door to door to door!
The ground floor has the entryway and garage, the 2nd floor has the 3 bedrooms, and the spacious, open concept main floor has the living room and kitchen with beautiful woodwork, an amazing view, and the Private Hot Tub just out the back door.
Ski-out down the road (snow permitting) and ski-in right off Serwa’s run!
For Village access you can choose from:
– Ski to the Plaza Chair and ride it up
– Drive 2 minutes down the road to the Happy Valley Parking lot and ride Lara’s Gondola up
– Do the 20-minute walk down the road and along the cat track
– Jump on the regularly scheduled shuttle bus that will be starting Jan 30 for the remainder of the season
The master bedroom has a Queen bed with ensuite.
The second bedroom has a Queen bed.
The third bedroom has a Twin over Twin bunk and a Double bed.
Pet policy: 1 dog allowed (more pets considered case by case)
Parking: There is a garage stall for one vehicle and room for 1 vehicle in the driveway. Garage measures 93″ tall x 114″ wide.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We will pre-authorize a $1,000 refundable security deposit on your credit card on the scheduled day of your arrival. We have a no-refund policy if you cancel within 30 days prior to arrival. If you cancel between 31 and 60 days prior to arrival we will send you a 50% refund. If you cancel 61 days or more prior to arrival you will receive 100% refund. However, at our discretion, refunds may be considered to the extent cancelled dates can be filled at comparable rates and/or if extenuating circumstances arise, e.g., travel bans, health advisories, resort closures.
