This spacious and nicely equipped ski in/ski out 5 bed, 3 bath chalet with a private hot tub sleeps up to 18 people comfortably and is tucked away in the architecturally controlled neighbourhood of Forest Lane in the Snowpines area of Big White Ski Resort.

We have 2 additional properties on this street with a total sleeping capacity of 34 people within 150 feet door to door to door!

This property is perfect for large gatherings of family and friends with room for everyone!

Just walk out the door, step in your skis and have direct access to the Ridge Rocket, Snow Ghost & Plaza chairs! At the end of the day, ski right down Serwa’s and directly to the back door. Head inside to get warm and dry your gear in the massive boot room complete with built in boot/glove dryers.

Please note that the ski in/out access in the Snowpines neighbourhood is via the roadways and therefore is dependent on weather and snow conditions.

The 1st floor has the entryway and laundry room.

The 2nd floor has a fully equipped kitchen, large dining and living room area, patio with hot tub & BBQ. It also has the two bunk rooms

Bedroom 2: One Queen over Queen bunk – Sleeps 4

The 3rd floor has the master bedroom with ensuite, a queen room, a 3-piece washroom and the large boot room/change room area.

Parking: there is parking for 3 vehicles, 2 in the carport and 1 in front of the garage.

Pet policy: no pets.

The ski locker is located on the 3rd floor outside the back door to the right.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We will pre-authorize a $1,000 refundable security deposit on your credit card on the scheduled day of your arrival. We have a no-refund policy if you cancel within 30 days prior to arrival. If you cancel between 31 and 60 days prior to arrival we will send you a 50% refund. If you cancel 61 days or more prior to arrival you will receive 100% refund. However, at our discretion, refunds may be considered to the extent cancelled dates can be filled at comparable rates and/or if extenuating circumstances arise, e.g., travel bans, health advisories, resort closures.

We stayed in this condo with our friends and family and it was plenty spacious for all 16 of us including our two dogs:) We liked the covered parking spot and there was also ample parking in the area for two additional cars. It was nice to have a washer and dryer and the kitchen was well appointed with lots of utensils and even spices and other cooking supplies. The beds were all comfortable and the kids all really enjoyed the TV / sound system and the hot tub. The location is also beautiful as there are lots of surrounding hills that the kids loved to slide down and build various snow structures in. We have stayed in many places at Big White over the years and the ski in aspect of this condo was excellent as you could ski straight to the back door of the condo where you could put your skis into a ski locker. The slope was relatively steep however and may not be appropriate for beginners. As this condo was the last condo in the development you could ski from the ski locker around the building to the front which was nice as you didn’t have to carry the skis through the condo, as you would with some of the other houses in the development. The ski out is not quite as nice as the ski in because you have to ski on the road for about 5 to 10 minutes to get to the ski lift. The spring conditions at the time of our stay made this a little challenging at times when parts of the road were bare. Another option was a ski track along the main road into the village which you could access by skiing down a steep slope in front of the condo. Once you cross the entrance of the road into the snow pines development you can access this track and in about 5 to 10 minutes you will be at the lift. Overall we really enjoyed this unit and had an excellent week of skiing. We were thankful for the quick response management gave us to any small issues we had and would not hesitate to use Location Mountain Management again for future stays.
