This property has one of the best ski in/ski out locations on the hill! Mountain Time is a spacious and well-equipped 3 bedroom, 2 bath with a private hot tub that sleeps 9 comfortably, making it perfect for families!
We have another property available on the floor below that sleeps 6, which adds up to a total sleeping capacity of 15 for both properties!
Located in the Spyglass complex. Just walk out the door, step in your skis and head right down to Lara’s Gondola at the Happy Valley Lodge, the Skating Rink and Tube Park in less than two minutes. After a short and scenic gondola ride, you’ll be at the Village Centre to access multiple lifts as well as all the shops, restaurants and amenities.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS ONGOING CONSTRUCTION IN THE COMPLEX THAT CARRIED ON LONGER THAN EXPECTED. This should not affect your stay aside from the access/egress being through the zone.
The master bedroom has a king size bed with ensuite.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed.
The third bedroom has a twin over double bed, and twin over twin beds.
Parking: There is a garage stall for one vehicle and a visitor pass for first come first serve parking. Garage entry measures 92” wide, and 19’ long and clearance is 7’ tall.
Pet policy: 1 dog under 55lbs.
Private hot tub available.
Ski locker available.
Additional amenities: in-suite laundry, Wi-Fi, well-stocked kitchen amenities, BBQ, Smart TV, Apple TV, wheelchair accessible, fireplace, steam shower, heated floors, blender, gondola view, drip-style coffee maker, and k-cup coffee maker.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We will pre-authorize a $1,000 refundable security deposit on your credit card on the scheduled day of your arrival. We have a no-refund policy if you cancel within 30 days prior to arrival. If you cancel between 31 and 60 days prior to arrival we will send you a 50% refund. If you cancel 61 days or more prior to arrival you will receive 100% refund. However, at our discretion, refunds may be considered to the extent cancelled dates can be filled at comparable rates and/or if extenuating circumstances arise, e.g., travel bans, health advisories, resort closures.
