Raven’s Nest has a private hot tub, amazing view of the Monashee Mountain Range and is pet friendly!
We have another property available on the floor above that sleeps 8, which adds up to a total sleeping capacity of 14 for both properties!
You will have use of the gym, fitness studio and saltwater pool with access to the facilities close by on the ground floor. The Raven complex comes complete with an elevator for easy access with all of your luggage and gear.
This lovely vacation rental has a spacious entrance, with built-in closet with washer and dryer, that leads to an open plan living area. Heated cork floors will keep you warm and cozy during your stay, and the HRV system keeps the air fresh and clean.
A modern, well equipped kitchen come complete with full-size stainless side by side fridge freezer with filtered water and ice maker, stainless steel dishwasher, electric stove and stunning granite work surfaces, a breakfast bar seating four on luxurious leather bar stools and a dining table that comfortably seats six are all part of this impressive vacation home.
An open plan living space offers a three-seater couch, 2 seater leather love seat, a gas fire place and large picture windows. For your entertainment enjoy a large 55″ flat screen TV with Telus Optik TV, Apple TV, high speed internet, and Harmon Kardon sound bar and sub for streaming of music and movies.
A private deck off the living area offers a large hot tub overlooking Happy Valley, with views of the Monashee Mountains – a great vantage point for the weekly Big White fireworks! The stainless steel BBQ on the deck is fantastic for those après ski barbecues!
The master bedroom offers a queen sized bed, bedside tables with lamps and an alarm clock. There is a double closet and chest of drawers giving plenty of storage space. The master ensuite has a modern vanity, with a large steam shower—very relaxing after a fun day of skiing. There is also a toilet and wall hair dryer.
The second bedroom offers another queen bed, bedside tables and lamps, a double closet and chest of drawers. There is a connecting door to the main bathroom.
The third bedroom (den) has a single over single bunk bed, bedside table and lamp. Please note that this room does not have a window and the room door is glass with a privacy blind.
The main bathroom has a deep soaking tub and shower beautifully tiled and a modern vanity. A wall mounted hair dryer is included. Towels and linens are included.
There is underground parking in The Raven complex with room for 1 vehicle, with additional parking at Happy Valley. The Happy Valley Day Lodge is a 3-minute walk from The Raven complex, where there is an outdoor ice skating rink, the beginner ski/snowboard learning area, tubing, ice wall climbing, a horse and sleigh and dog sledding! You can hop on a snowmobile and take a tour. The Nordic tracks are also accessible from Happy Valley. The Big White Village center is just a short ride on the Gondola.
Pet policy: 2 dogs max. No cats.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We will pre-authorize a $1,000 refundable security deposit on your credit card on the scheduled day of your arrival. We have a no-refund policy if you cancel within 30 days prior to arrival. If you cancel between 31 and 60 days prior to arrival we will send you a 50% refund. If you cancel 61 days or more prior to arrival you will receive 100% refund. However, at our discretion, refunds may be considered to the extent cancelled dates can be filled at comparable rates and/or if extenuating circumstances arise, e.g., travel bans, health advisories, resort closures.
