Parkade entrance height: 6’11
Primary Parking: There is one designated stall assigned per condo.
Secondary Parking: Parking is also available on Cook Road (as pictured in maps). Overflow parking can be found across the street at the Cook Road Boat Launch Lot.
Visitor Parking: Available only for day use. They are located to the left upon entering the parkade on the first floor. These stalls are labelled “visitor”.

There are two garbage disposal areas located in the first floor parkade. Garbage shoots can be found near the elevator on upper floors.

Playa Del Sol is a smoke-free facility. Smoking must be done on the street or outside the fence in the back.
Smoking on the property will result in a $200 fine
no alcohol at the pool
Keep all food and drink 10+ feet from the pool.
No glass on pool deck (Plastic is allowed)
