On the second floor there is a communal ping pong table as well as an expansive sun deck.
Currently the table is closed until further notice.

Parking
Parkade entrance height: 6’10
Parkade entrance is located on south side of the building
Primary Parking:
There is one designated stall per condo.
Secondary Parking:
“Visitors” may make use of Visitor Parking areas for a period of no more than 72 hours and is limited to small cars and motorcycles; any other vehicles will be towed.
There is free street parking available in the area. Refer to map to view the area.
Please be sure the garage closes behind you on the way out.
Important Bylaws
Noise Restrictions
- Quiet after 10pm weekdays and 11pm weekends
- ZERO Tolerance after these times and $200 fine
- Please be respectful of neighbours
Smoke-free Facility
- St. Paul is a smoke-free facility
- Smoking on the property will result in a $200 fine
- Smoking must be done on the street
Garbage and Recycling
- Garbage and recycling is located near parkade entrance and requires a combination
- Combination can be found on the write up on the fridge in unit.
