On the second floor there is a communal ping pong table as well as an expansive sun deck.

Primary Parking: 

There is one designated stall per condo.

Secondary Parking:

“Visitors” may make use of Visitor Parking areas for a period of no more than 72 hours and is limited to small cars and motorcycles; any other vehicles will be towed.

There is free street parking available in the area. Refer to map to view the area. 

Please be sure the garage closes behind you on the way out.
