The close proximity makes this a great spot for vacation rentals, where students stay long term for eight months of the year and then the place can be available for high return vacation rentals in the summer. Important Bylaws
Noise Restrictions
- Quiet after 10pm weekdays and 11pm weekends
- ZERO Tolerance after these times and $200 fine
- Please be respectful of neighbours
Smoke-free Facility
- Sole KLO is a smoke free facility.
- Smoking on the property will result in a $200 fine
- Smoking must be done on the street or outside the fence in the back
Parking
Parkade entrance height: 6’9
Primary Parking:
There is one designated stall assigned per condo.
Secondary Parking:
Parking is slightly restricted in the KLO area, we recommend only having one vehicle when staying. If you would like a second vehicle please inquire directly.

Christopher Albanese
Christopher has been a licensed real estate agent for over 15 years, he has managed properties for 17 years, and has been managing short term rentals for over 5 years. He is passionate about helping teach people how to leverage in real estate and using short term rentals for maximizing profits.

Brett is a UBC alumni with a degree in Business Management and a focus on marketing. He has over 12 years in hospitality, tourism, and rental/logistics experience. His previous roles have included managing people and systems in fast paced environments with a high emphasis on accountability.

Brock Curzon
Brock is career tradesman who has managed vacation rental properties for 5 years. He is an avid mountain enthusiast and in his off time you will find him with his daughter or biking down the side of a mountain.

Ian Byrka
Ian is a UBCO alumnus and licensed Property Manager through High Point Realty. He has a background in teaching but has been managing rental and vacation homes around Kelowna. He has experience doing renovations, general repairs, and installations, as well as coordinating rental and vacation stays.
