For our vacation rentals in West Kelowna, we offer a full refund outside of 14 days and 50% refund between 14 and 8 days. We don’t issue refunds within 7 days of any booking.
We charge in line with our cancellation policy. 50% of the reservation is charged 14 days before check-in and the remaining 50% is charged 7 days before check-in.
