***To best coordinate your use of the pool and sport courts, the top of each hour is when you enter the
Amenity Center to SIGN IN; if no one is waiting in the area you wish to use, please proceed for an hour of
use; if again, no one is waiting, you may stay for another hour of use. ***

Parking & Garbage
Parkade entrance height: 6’8
Primary Parking:
There is one designated stall assigned per condo.
Secondary Parking:
Parking is also available at the top of the complex (as pictured in maps). Overflow parking can be found to the left, just after the amenities building, when coming up the hill, or located to the west end of the property on the map.
The garbage disposal area is located across from the clubhouse in a wooden structure.
Important Bylaws
Noise Restrictions
- Quiet time is 10pm- 8am
- ZERO Tolerance after these times and $200 fine
- Please be respectful of neighbours
Smoke-free Facility
- Copper Sky is a smoke-free facility.
- Smoking on the property will result in a $200 fine
- Smoking must be done at the designated area
No Glass at Pool
- Food and drink +10ft from pool
- No glass on pool deck
- Plastic allowed
