The Cove Lakeside Resort can be found on the southermost area of West Kelowna. The property site backs onto Gellatly Nut Farm and is only a couple hundred metres away from the West Kelowna Yacht Club and boat launch. There is dry storage close by or rent a slip from the Cove and store your boat right on the water. The downtown strip of West Kelowna is still only a short drive away where you can find grocery stores, golf courses, and an assortment of restaurants.

The gym at Barona Beach is equipped with weight lifting machines and cardio machines to keep you in shape.
Beachfront Property
The cove is one of the few resorts in the Kelowna area that have a private beachfront.

Primary Parking:
There is one designated stall assigned per condo.
Secondary Parking:
Parking is also available near the entrance or along Pritchard Drive.
Garbage can be found in either parkade.

Noise Restrictions
- Quiet time is 10pm- 8am
- ZERO Tolerance after these times and $200 fine
- Please be respectful of neighbours
Smoke-free Facility
- Copper Sky is a smoke-free facility.
- Smoking on the property will result in a $200 fine
- Smoking must be done on the street, not on patios
No Glass at Pool
- Food and drink +10ft from pool
- No glass on pool deck
- Plastic allowed
