Parkade entrance height: 6’6
Primary Parking: There is one designated stall assigned per condo.
Secondary Parking: There is paid and free street parking available in the area. Please refer to the map to view the area.
Visitor Parking: There are 26 visitor parking stalls – 18 on the ground floor, and 8 on the second level.
Guests arriving can utilitize the buzzer at the front door. Please also note the main parkade entrance at the back of the building and accessed via the back alley to the right of the building. There is one garbage disposal areas located on the first floor. Please take a left out of the elevator and follow the hall or refer to the map here. Don’t forget to bring a fob!
