Primary Parking: There is one designated stall assigned per condo.
Secondary Parking: Parking is also available on Sunset Drive and is pay per hour. Overflow parking can be found down the road at Manhattan Drive.
Garbage: Waste can be found at the south central part of the parkade closest to Sunset Drive and Prospera Place.

Guest rooms are for the guests of residents while they visit in Kelowna. The resident must be present in Kelowna for the duration of the guest’s stay.
