Pets are allowed in units based on owners restrictions.
Copper Sky Strata bylaws on Pets are as follows:
Without limiting the generality of bylaw 7.1, an owner, tenant or occupant of a unit must:
(1) not keep any pets in a unit other than one or more of the following:
(e) up to 2 small dogs weighing 10kg each
(3) not have a pet that is over 15 kilograms in weight;
(4) not having a dog that is considered a risk or danger to people or other animals, must be of a non-vicious or nonaggressive breed. A vicious or aggressive dog is described as but not limited to:
(d) a Pit Bull Terrier, American Pit Bull Terrier, Pit Bull, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, or any dog of mixed breeding which includes any of these breeds; or any dog which has the appearance and physical characteristics predominately conforming to these standards for any of the above breeds, as established by the Canadian Kennel Club or the American Kennel Club or the United Kingdom Kennel Club, as determined by a veterinarian licensed to practice in the province of British Columbia.
(5) immediately clean up after their pet regardless;
(6) not allow their pet to use the lawns or gardens for their elimination;
